In partnership with Nespresso, we built a branded, interactive athlete lounge, VIP experience, and media hub that brought their summer marketing campaign to life through the lens of the NBA Draft. We delivered an unmatched experience, attracting 35+ athlete / celebrity guests throughout the day and by the end of the event, 500+ people had come through the doors.

As the founder of REBRAND, Chris brings a unique blend of business acumen, sports knowledge, and unwavering dedication to advocating for athletes and empowering them to achieve their goals—guiding them through the complexities of their careers and maximizing their potential.

As an accomplished branding executive with over two decades of expertise crafting and elevating brand identities, Chris is a visionary, dedicated to enhancing brand resonance and driving expansion strategies for clients and their portfolios.

Previously, Chris was Senior VP of Athlete Marketing & Development for The Players' Tribune. There, he led brand positioning, drove partnership growth, and shaped global strategy as part of the Minute Media exec team. Before Players' Tribune, Chris was VP of Player Development for the NY Knicks. He oversaw Marketing & Team Operations working closely with players and MSG execs for 15 seasons.

Tabrez brings over a decade of expertise in athlete management and marketing, specializing in securing personal business and endorsement opportunities for professional athletes. 

His pivotal role in a Los Angeles-based sports marketing company's growth, culminating in its alignment with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports Division, attests to his commitment to fostering talent and facilitating personal and professional growth. 

Tabrez excels in driving marketing and business development activities, negotiating contracts, building strategies, and securing national and international product endorsement deals for a notable roster of athletes, including LaMelo Ball,  Markelle Fultz, Immanuel Quickly, Spencer Dinwiddie, and Caron Butler (retired) just to name a few.

His proficiency extends to negotiating and supporting deals with reputable brands such as Fanatics, NIKE, ANTA, Players Tribune, Uninterrupted, Mark Anthony Wines, Panini. Notably, he secured a successful deal for Caron Butler's book, Tuff Juice, with rights sold to Mark Wahlberg, highlighting his impact in diverse areas of athlete representation, solidifying legacies and propelling athletes to unprecedented heights.

Rich Gray,
Athlete Marketing

Rich has been in the business for over a decade. Through experiences ranging from the front office on the NBA & WNBA team sides, representation of NBA players and WNBA coaches, to the development of creative and business endeavors for current and transitioning professional athletes -- Rich has built a reputation of identifying talent and aligning them with unique opportunities tailormade for them. 

 

While Rich has helped former players expand their careers into coaching and broadcasting, being  instrumental in the successful transition of former players starting agencies, launching nonprofits, and other companies in tech, production, media and film is where his niche lives and where he will continue to help reshape what it looks like to be a retired athlete in the future.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment & product marketing industry, Jaysson has worked internally and as a consultant, including Top- Brands, Agencies, Artists, Celebrities, Influencers, and athletes.

Throughout his career, he has handled a variety of responsibilities, including Marketing, Strategy, Experiential, Business Development, Brand-Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Content Strategy, Consulting, and events.

Jaysson’s contributions to the industry have not gone unnoticed.  In 2016 Jaysson was recognized by Hennessy USA with a Privilege Toast for his efforts and achievements in marketing and mentioned in the Wall Street Journal as a vital member of Monster's Lifestyle Marketing team. He is also proud to have been recognized by the DANF Foundation for contributing to the Latin community.

Anesia Whitfield, Marketing

Anesia stands at the intersection of athlete management, marketing, and public relations, bringing four years of expertise to the industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Legal Studies, Anesia has consistently demonstrated her dedication and proficiency in various facets of the sports and entertainment landscape. She has spearheaded the launches of three #1 New York Times best-selling book campaigns and played a pivotal role in the groundbreaking Marketing/PR strategy launch for the first Virtual Reality licensed title game with the NFL, contributing to its success and innovation. Beyond her marketing achievements, Anesia has a proven ability to produce athlete-led philanthropic events, aligning athletes with meaningful causes and bringing their visions to life. Her commitment extends to creating comprehensive strategies and briefings for multiple press runs, delivering exceptional results and elevating the profiles of athletes and brands alike.

Matt Folger,
Business Development

Matt's expertise spans across business development, product management, content strategy and digital innovation. For ten years he's worked in different corners of the sports industry. He has spent time at the league level, at a consumer apparel brand, in athlete media and at an event startup. 

He has a proven track record developing integrated marketing strategies, negotiating strategic partnerships, boosting revenue, and enhancing audience engagement.
