Through experiences ranging from the front office on the NBA & WNBA team sides, representation of NBA players and WNBA coaches, to the development of creative and business endeavors for current and transitioning professional athletes -- Rich has built a reputation of identifying talent and aligning them with unique opportunities tailormade for them.
While Rich has helped former players expand their careers into coaching and broadcasting, being instrumental in the successful transition of former players starting agencies, launching nonprofits, and other companies in tech, production, media and film is where his niche lives and where he will continue to help reshape what it looks like to be a retired athlete in the future.
